I believe this book is very interesting to those who like tasty meals but gain more weight fast. Great job results in a very helpful book! The recipes collected in this book are quite easy to follow. It includes some landmarks for preparing healthy breakfast and lunch meals as well as snacks. In my mind, chicken and mushroom recipes included in the book are good indeed. I also found useful general information on the Keto diet and its effect on our body.

I have been wanting to eat healthier and I needed some ideas. Now I am not one for "diets" but I really did like the meal plan and the recipes look really yummy. One thing I've been wanting to do is reduce our carb and sugar intake and this does just that. That doesn't mean you have to compromise on flavor..some of the recipes are Rasberry Pancakes, now that doesn't sound healthy but check out the ingredients (protein powder, egg whites, raspberries, mashed banana, greek yogurt, almond milk, cinnamon[I omitted because of my allergy] and chia seeds) Soo yummy and healthy at the same time! The kids will go gaga for it! So they give you a complete plan for breakfast, lunch, dinner and 2 snacks every day for 4 weeks. I love it. I mix and match stuff and I really appreciate all the healthy recipes and the meal plan! I highly recommend it!

huge amount of recipes

Excellent book containing a huge amount of ketogenic recipes. It contains a very detailed and easy-to-follow plan and a calorie chart which is easy to use. I have found many useful and easy recipes, and I am going to move on with them soon. The book contains different sections for breakfasts, lunches and dinners. To my mind, it great for a convenient use of the cookbook.
